Position Summary: Seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth through outbound marketing, automation, and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase qualified leads and pipeline. Build targeted prospect lists and manage outbound email campaigns using Clay and Apollo. Create compelling email copy, sequences, and personalized campaigns. Manage marketing automation, audience segmentation, and CRM workflows. Leverage Salesforce and Chili Piper to improve lead management and conversion. Analyze campaign performance, test strategies, and optimize results. Support weekly reporting and identify opportunities to improve growth and marketing efficiency. Must-

Have Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, outbound marketing, or marketing automation. Strong outbound email, copywriting, and automation experience. Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, and Chili Piper. Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and lead generation. Ability to work independently and manage initiatives from strategy through execution. The salary range for this position is $40 to $50 an hour.
