Ensure compliance with guidelines related to the circulation and parking of military and private vehicles at all times. Organize internal service charges and planning to OASISC by welcoming permanent staff, ensuring the processing of anomalies. On the order of its hierarchy, any action necessary for the proper functioning of the service. Reception of authorities at the request of organizations. Ensure the updating of guidelines for OSI/OP/SOP.Ensure the implementation of parking reservations for ceremonies. Transform command directives into particular guidelines for display. Ensure the management of functional messaging. Set up alert messages for QGE.Follow the stock of supplies for military personnel (monthly order and distribution).Profil recherchéProfessional experience in the same field would be a positive point.
