We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our service operations at our Amelia, Ohio location. This role is critical to ensuring an outstanding customer experience by coordinating service work, supporting technicians, managing work orders, processing warranty claims, and facilitating communication between customers, parts personnel, and service technicians. Compensation & Benefits:
Total Compensation= $52,000.00-$60,000/yr. In addition to compensation, Koenig Equipment offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Scheduling:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests.
Gather service information, prepare estimates, obtain customer approvals, and schedule service work.
Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding work status, timelines, and changes.
Provide alternative repair options when proposed work is declined.
Work Order Administration:
Create, maintain, and process service work orders from opening through final invoicing.
Review completed work orders for accuracy, completeness, labor entry, and documentation.
Ensure work orders are closed and invoiced promptly.
Verify returnable parts are received prior to invoicing when applicable.
Service Operations Coordination:
Coordinate with Service Management to assign work based on technician skill level and availability.
Work closely with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability and adjust schedules as needed.
Monitor job progress and communicate updates between technicians, management, and customers.
Prepare revised estimates and obtain customer authorization when repairs exceed original quotes.
Warranty & Process Management:
Assist with warranty claim administration and warranty work order processing.
Support continuous improvement efforts through the creation and maintenance of standardized job codes and service processes.
Help coordinate technician training schedules and development activities.
