Location: Tecumseh, NE
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: All Days and Shifts Available | Part-Time and Full-Time
Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Tecumseh, NE.This is a great opportunity for an experienced security professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment. Candidates with previous security experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or packaging facility are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities: Monitor facility access and help maintain a safe and secure environment. Conduct routine security patrols and monitor facility activity. Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity or security concerns. Respond to incidents and follow established site procedures. Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and management. Follow all security protocols and assigned post orders.
Qualifications: Previous security experience required. Manufacturing, industrial, or packaging facility security experience preferred. Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends. Compensation & Schedule$17.00 per hour.
