🔹 What You'll Do: As an Analyst, you'll serve as a team member on active engagements—supporting Managing Directors, VPs, and Associates with critical responsibilities across pitch development, financial modeling, deal execution, and client communications. You will: Own financial models, valuation analysis, and transaction materials from the ground up Lead diligence and content development for pitchbooks, CIMs, and buyer lists Manage day-to-day execution logistics and client deliverables Be a key point of contact for clients, buyers, and counterparties throughout the process Demonstrate initiative, precision, and creativity under pressure Mentor interns and contribute to team culture and deal success🔹
