Med Ninjas is seeking a Physician Assistant for long term locum coverage at an outpatient clinic located in Rochester, NY The Physician Assistant must be available for the complete coverage block from 11/02/2026 to 26 weeks This assignment includes outpatient clinic, outpatient dermatology coverage, Dermatology, and no on call or weekend. Locum Physician Assistant Dermatology Rochester, NY
Shift: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 4:30
Start Date: 11/02/2026
End Date: 26 weeks
Position Details:
Full-time locum; potential floating to Linden Oaks; flexible scheduling may be considered
Patient Population: Dermatology patients
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Dermatology patient care with a typical volume of 25-35 patients per day
- Required Procedures: Dermatology clinical care
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 support staff (LPN, RN, or MA) for every 12 patients
- Days Per Month: Monday - Friday
On-Call/Weekends: No call; no weekends
Required Procedures and Skills Requirements Board Certified Physician Assistant New York License in Hand BLS certification required Minimum 3 years of recent experience with recent Epic experience Interested Physician Assistant can reply with an recent CV, availability, preferred shift type, active license status, and expected hourly and call rates.
