Regional Growth & Operations Leader

XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking a Regional General Manager in Dallas to lead sales and operations across the region. You will direct Area Directors, drive growth, and ensure adherence to our standards while modeling the company's Vision, Mission and Values. You will oversee strategy development, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Corporate teams to achieve market targets and expand the regional footprint.
