Overview As Senior Associate Writer & Content Creator, you will produce high-quality written and multimedia content on private markets, blending subject-matter expertise with content strategy, thought leadership, social media, and video production. You will translate complex investment concepts into engaging narratives for sophisticated audiences and support cross-channel campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the Private Wealth and marketing teams to drive visibility and engagement, shaping our thought leadership platform. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive medical/dental/vision 401(k) with company match Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution Life insurance Short-Term Disability Responsibilities Content development and storytelling across long- and short-form formats Develop social media content with the digital team to extend audience reach Support original content series across multiple channels Translate private markets topics into clear, audience-focused narratives Partner with Private Wealth to support priority initiatives and thought leadership campaigns Ensure messaging consistency across channels and formats Monitor content performance and leverage data to optimize strategies Support video content from planning to post-production, including scripting and briefs Coordinate post-production reviews and stakeholder feedback Collaborate with senior leadership, investor relations, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to manage multiple stakeholders with high editorial standards Key requirements 5–7 years of experience in an alternative investment firm, asset management, wealth management, or financial services Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats Deep understanding of private markets, content strategy, audience segmentation, and content marketing best practices Familiarity with video production processes including scripting and post-production workflows Experience managing senior stakeholders (legal, compliance, senior leaders, investor relations) through review processes Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Intellectual curiosity Ability to simplify complex investment concepts Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal/communication skills Video production processes (scripting, shoot planning, post-production workflows)Content strategy and campaign planning Audience analytics and performance optimization
