Assisted Living Registered Nurse, RN

You will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized interventions, and continuously evaluating outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care.

Position Highlights: *Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients.*Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive patient outcomes.*Manage patient care, including delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs consistent with their scope of practice.*Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.*Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.*Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.*Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).

Qualifications: *Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.*Current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing in the Center’s State is required.*Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and respond to their medical and physical needs.*Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. *Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (as required by the State)
