Fabrication Technician Flexible Schedule: Work 8 or 10 hour days! We're seeking Fabrication Technicians to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems that bring fresh air to hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings across the country.
What You'll Do: Join a world-class team in precision sheet metal production. You'll operate cutting-edge equipmentlasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systemsto craft high-quality components in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility.
Choose Your Schedule: Four 10-hour days: Monday ThursdayOR Five 8-hour days: Monday Friday Start your day between 5:006:00 AM, and enjoy flexibility built around your life. What Makes You a Great Fit: At least 3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, etc.) (Press and Trumpf)1+ years of manufacturing experience Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Basic computer and math skills Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionallyA strong communicator who's proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required. Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
