Remote-First VP, Global People & Employee Relations

Affirm is hiring a VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations to lead the global PBP and ER functions. The role reports to the CPO and sits on the People Leadership Team, shaping enterprise-wide people decisions and operating models. You will partner with XLT on workforce strategy, build high-performing teams, and provide strategic advisory support on talent, organizational design, and risk management. This remote-first role supports the US-wide organization.
