AASM-accredited sleep facilityoffering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services for adult patients ages 18+New graduates are welcomeand will receive structured training, physician support, and mentorship Level IV Trauma Center Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital with a strong commitment to rural healthcare Highly collaborative, supportive team environment Four 10-hour days per week No after-hours call requirements Average of approximately12 patients per day Epicelectronic health record Join a professional staff consisting ofthree full-time physicians and one nurse practitioner, supported by an experienced clinic nursing team
Responsibilities: The provider will evaluate and manage adult patients with a broad range of sleep disorders and work closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive sleep medicine services.
Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluation and management of patients with a wide range of sleep disorders
  • Reviewing and interpreting sleep study findings with physician support
  • Initiation and ongoing management of PAP therapy
  • Monitoring treatment effectiveness and adherence
  • Patient education regarding sleep hygiene, PAP use, and treatment compliance
  • Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other specialties to provide coordinated patient care
