Respiratory Therapist We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at our Morristown, NJ location. As a Respiratory Therapist with Allaire, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including oxygen administration, ventilator management, and aerosol therapy
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement respiratory therapy interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care and communication
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and care
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Must be certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
