Senior Account Director, Pharma Digital Marketing

Salary: $130,000-$180,000 We’re growing! Which is why we need you. Our small, agile, entrepreneurial group is looking for a Sr. Account Director to join the team and help us with our growing list of clients in healthcare. To be successful, you’ll need to bond with clients and carry cross-channel marketing programs to fruition. What You’ll Do: (The Role)As an Account Director at Ascender, you aren’t just a relay station for information; you are the strategic heartbeat of your accounts. You will: Own the Relationship: Act as the primary strategic partner for a diverse portfolio ranging from small to medium size early-stage biopharma to Fortune 500 pharma clients. They trust us because we tell them what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. Architect the Solution: Work hand-in-hand with our creative and dev teams to translate complex business problems into award-winning web and mobile products. Drive Organic Growth: Because we are 100% referral-based, your \"sales\" tool is excellence. You’ll identify new opportunities within existing accounts by deeply understanding the client’s long-term roadmap. Mentor & Mobilize: Help lead a collegial, high-energy team. We don’t do silos here. You’ll be expected to coach junior talent while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and \"GSD\" when a deadline looms. Who You Are: (The Requirements)We’re looking for a digital native who loves the creative process as much as the client service.

The Experience: You must have 8+ years of experience in a digital agency environment working on pharmaceutical accounts, ideally across both DTC and HCP, leading multi-disciplinary teams. The Digital Fluency: You speak \"UX,\" \"Agile,\" and \"Digital Strategy\" as a native language. You understand the lifecycle of a build from discovery to deployment.
