About the Role: The Company is seeking a Chief Research & Impact Officer (CRIO) to join their team. The CRIO will be a senior executive responsible for advancing the organization's impact, evidence-building strategy, and organizational learning. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company remains a national leader in evidence-based practice, with a focus on continuous quality improvement across a growing national network. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a multi-year national research and evaluation agenda, monitor emerging research trends, and oversee the organization's data systems and measurement infrastructure. Additionally, the CRIO will be instrumental in fostering leadership and partnerships, representing the company in national conversations, and supporting strategic decision-making. Applicants for the CRIO position at the company should have at least 10 years' of leadership experience in research, evaluation, and data management, with a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. An advanced degree in a related field is required, along with a proven track record in conducting research with evidence-based models and expertise in implementation science. The role demands excellent project and operational management skills, the ability to lead high-performing teams, and exceptional communication and facilitation abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex data into actionable insights, with a focus on maternal and child health, early childhood, and home visiting.
