About the role

Mechanical Engineer / Designer: We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer to join our team and work on a variety of commercial building projects. This role will focus on HVAC and mechanical system design while working closely with architects, engineers, and other project team members.
What You’ll Do:
  • Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial building projects
  • Develop construction documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Create and modify designs using Revit and AutoCADAssist with mechanical calculations, system layouts, and equipment selections
  • Coordinate designs with architects, electrical engineers, plumbing designers, and other disciplines
  • Support projects through design development and construction documentation
  • Help resolve design and coordination issues throughout the project
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with commercial building projects
  • Experience designing HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Proficiency with RevitAutoCAD experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Mechanical Engineering degree preferred for Engineer-level candidates
  • Engineering degree is not required for Designer-level candidates
