We're currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in Benson, Clayton, Selma, and Smithfield (Johnston County), NC .As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with patients to help restore function, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life. You'll play a vital role in supporting recovery through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

What You'll Do: Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Implement therapeutic interventions designed to restore daily function and independence. Instruct patients and caregivers on alternative strategies for daily activities, safe transfers, and proper positioning. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes. Accurately document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of each visit. Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and home health best practices.
