Position Available: Machine SpecialistShift / Hours:2nd Shift - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pmPay range:$29.85 - $33.85(depending on experience) plus$1.00 shift premiumBasic Skill Requirements: Read and understand CNC program language. Must pass proficiency tests. Read and write. Basic Math Skills. Use Inspection instruments. Minor (Preventative maintenance) "PM" on equipment. Basic computer/technology skills. Use basic hand tools to perform minor PM on equipment.
Job Description:
Performs proper set-ups & operates all machines according to the work instructions provided. Inspects & gauges parts per work instructions. Makes tool offsets in CNC program as needed. Performs minor PM on equipment as required. Tracks & documents hourly production and set-up times as required. Maintain accurate records. Repairs on fixtures & tooling. Unpacks, washes & repacks shipments as required. Includes tech cell & job shop assignments. Trains as required.
