The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis of the current operating structure of payment initiation activities and proposing a strategic future state technical and control environment. This role involves close collaboration with business leadership, vendors, and industry sources to understand best practices, as well as the establishment and management of tactical and strategic projects to execute the program's strategy. The PCC Program Lead will also be instrumental in the design and execution of plans to ensure the effective migration from legacy platforms to the new payment hub. Applicants for the PCC Program Project Lead position at the company should have a BS degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for those with a background in banking and payment services. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in change management and project management.
