Exercise Physiologist - Health LabThe Exercise Physiologist will deliver individualized health and fitness assessments for a diverse adult population, with a strong emphasis onolder adults, healthy aging, exercise prescription, and community wellness. This role combines exercise physiology with a highly interpersonal, community-facing approach - conducting assessments such as body composition, cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance, mobility, and human-performance testing; translating results into practical exercise recommendations; and helping participants connect with appropriate Hoag resources when needed. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in exercise physiology, confident working with individuals across a wide range of ages, abilities, and fitness levels, and, equally important, has thecommunication skills, approachability, and curiosityto build meaningful relationships with participants and the surrounding community.
