Medical Front Office Coordinator/ PT Technician

About the role: We’re seeking someone who is friendly, reliable, and excited to work in a positive, patient-focused environment.

Primary responsibilities include: Educating patients on simple, effective at-home wellness strategies Working on/with patients to help them improve. Learning how to operate the rehab equipment Working directly with Doctors and staff Helping maintain smooth patient flow in a high-volume clinic Position Schedule

Office Hours: Mon & Wed:7 AM – 6:15 PM (Lunch: 12:45–2:00 PM) Tue & Thu:12:30 PM – 6:15 PM Fri:7 AM – 12:45 PM Sat:8:00 AM – 11:30 AM

What we’re looking for: Please apply if you feel you’re a great fit and bring the following: Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality Experience in chiropractic or pain management (preferred, not required) Extensive training with the equipment and the doctors will be provided so there is no need to worry if you do not have experience! Self-motivated and eager to learn Dependable and punctual Comfortability with working on patients.
