Senior Litigation & Privacy Counsel

Roku, Inc. is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Litigation to join our Legal team. This role owns Roku’s litigation portfolio outside of IP, including consumer class actions, commercial disputes, and government investigations, with emphasis on privacy-related matters across hardware, streaming, and advertising. You'll manage disputes end-to-end, set strategy, direct outside counsel, and decide when to fight, settle, or escalate. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
