Russell Landscape is looking for hard-working crew members to join our commercial enhancement and hardscape team. What You'll Be Doing: * Work on commercial enhancement and hardscape projects * Install and maintain landscaping features—mulch, plants, stonework, seasonal color, etc. * Use mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools with care and skill * Support grading, planting, drainage, and basic masonry tasks as needed * Help load/unload equipment and maintain tools daily * Follow Crew Leader instructions and ensure every job site is clean and safe * Take pride in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces What You Bring to the Table: * 2+ years of landscape or hardscape experience * Comfortable using landscape tools and machinery * Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather * Valid driver's license needed What We Offer: * Competitive pay based on experience * Paid time off and holiday pay * Health, dental & vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Career growth into Crew Leader roles and beyond * A supportive, professional team that values your work * Pride in being part of Team Purple —one of the Southeast's leading landscape companies Requirements:
