Environmental, Safety & Compliance Lead

North Coast Container is seeking an Environmental, Regulatory & Safety (ERS) Specialist for our Chicago plant. You will be the go-to person for keeping people safe and operations compliant, working on the plant floor and in the office while reporting to the Plant Manager. You'll own regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations, audit teams, and build ERS programs across plants. Travel to other sites is required as the ERS program expands.
