Strategic COO/CFO for Health Equity nonprofit

National Health Law Program seeks a COO/CFO to lead financial strategy, governance, and operations. The role directs budgeting, planning, grants, risk, and reporting while guiding a transition to in-house accounting. It requires deep nonprofit accounting expertise and collaboration with leadership and the Board. The COO/CFO will oversee cross-functional teams across finance, facilities, IT, and people and culture, reporting to the Executive Director and participating in leadership strategy.
