Commercial Collections Representative Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Collections Representative within Commercial Banking Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Manage, review and negotiate a high-risk portfolio consisting of complex delinquent loans of high-level collateralized accounts which require special handling and analysis
- Understand company policies and procedures and execute without issue
- Assist in setting performance standards, and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2 years of Collections experienceExperience working in roles within Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Customer service/Customer Care experienceExperience working with the following systems: Artiva, and Infolease
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change
- Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentA BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Job Expectations:
