Caregiver (Ascension Parish, PRN)

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Manage medication administration and vital signs monitoring Engage in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and leisure pursuits Document client records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
