Planning and Inventory Clerk

Planning And Inventory Clerk Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Inventory Clerk for a manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting maintenance operations, and ensuring parts and supplies are available when needed. Prepare, enter, and deliver purchase orders, work orders, and shipping requests for parts and supplies Serve as the primary vendor contact for pricing, availability, and vendor services Review and resolve purchase order discrepancies, incorrect shipments, pricing errors, and inventory issues Administer and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies Process purchase orders and invoices and assist with ledger reconciliation documentation Perform inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accurate inventory records Collaborate with maintenance personnel regarding parts requirements, supplier issues, and inventory system usage Previous inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or supply chain experience preferred Strong computer and inventory management system skills Ability to maintain accurate records and process purchase orders and invoices Strong communication skills for working with vendors and internal departments Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift license; forklift experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements as applicable Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
