Content Producer/ Youtube Growth Operator We’re hiring a full-time Content Producer / You Tube Growth Operator to help build and scale two entrepreneur-led personal media brands. This role sits at the intersection of content production, video editing, creative strategy, and audience growth. You’ll work directly with two entrepreneurs to turn their ideas, expertise, and experiences into compelling content across You Tube and short-form platforms. The role will be split approximately 50/50 between the two creators. While both operate in similar spaces, each has a distinct voice, audience, and content strategy. The Content Our content focuses on topics including: Entrepreneurship and building businesses Personal finance, investing, and wealth Career growth and making more money Business strategy and decision-making Productivity and lifestyle design Lessons, mistakes, and stories from building companies Commentary on trends in business, money, and entrepreneurship Broader, highly clickable concepts designed to introduce new audiences to these topics Some videos will be tactical and educational. Others will be story-driven, opinionated, or designed for broader reach. A major part of the role is taking topics that can sometimes be dense or complicated and making them simple, entertaining, visual, and highly watchable. What You’ll Own Long-Form You Tube Help develop ideas, research topics, create outlines and scripts, prepare for filming, and edit finished videos. You'll be responsible for pacing, storytelling, B-roll, graphics, and the overall viewer experience. Titles & Thumbnails Develop strong video packaging, including title and thumbnail concepts. Research what’s working across You Tube and continuously improve packaging based on performance. Short-Form Content Identify and edit compelling Shorts and Reels from long-form content while also helping develop original short-form concepts. Content Strategy & Growth Research topics, formats, trends, and adjacent creators. Study performance across views, click-through rate, retention, watch time, and subscriber growth - and turn those insights into better future content. Content Operations Manage the content calendar and production pipeline across both creators, keeping projects organized and moving from idea - filming - editing - publishing - analysis. Who We're Looking For You probably watch more You Tube than the average person. You notice great hooks, titles, thumbnails, pacing, storytelling, and editing. You’re interested not just in making content, but in understanding why some content works and other content doesn’t. You are: Creative with strong taste and judgment Organized and able to manage multiple projects Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out Fast-moving and receptive to feedback Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions Genuinely interested in business, money, investing, entrepreneurship, careers, and personal growth Experience with video editing, design, You Tube analytics, research, storytelling, and AI-powered creative workflows is valuable. You do not need to already be an expert in every area. We care more about your creative instincts, curiosity, ability to learn quickly, and desire to get better. What Success Looks Like Over time, we want this person to become a true creative partner - not simply someone waiting for footage to edit. You should eventually be comfortable coming to us and saying: “I think you should make this video next. Here’s the angle, here’s the hook, and here’s why I think it will work.” The Opportunity You’ll have significant ownership over two growing personal media brands and the opportunity to help build their content systems from the ground up. Because both creators operate in overlapping areas, you’ll also develop deep expertise in what makes business, finance, entrepreneurship, and personal-development content perform across You Tube and social media. This is a full-time role for someone who wants to build alongside us and become an important part of what we’re creating.
