Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans PTO/Vacation 401k And More! 1st Shift - Line Supervisor - Packaging Details: Direct hire position $25.00 to $32.00/hour First shift Supervise daily production and packaging operations, including assigning tasks, coordinating workflow, and monitoring production activities. Lead, train, and mentor production employees on procedures, equipment operation, quality standards, and company policies. Monitor staffing, productivity, and production output to ensure schedules and operational goals are met. Provide direction and support to Line Operators while maintaining an active presence on the production floor. Communicate production priorities, expectations, schedule changes, and updates to team members. Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure proper packaging, labeling, quality, and customer specifications. Conduct routine quality checks and address production or quality issues as they arise. Complete and maintain accurate production records, inventory documentation, and shift reports. Identify and troubleshoot production delays, equipment issues, material shortages, and quality concerns. Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and proper PPE usage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce waste. 1st Shift - Line Supervisor - Packaging Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse environment. Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively train, coach, and motivate employees. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Basic computer skills and ability to accurately complete production documentation. Ability to work overtime and/or flexible hours as needed.
