React UX Architect

Responsibilities: Define and drive theUX architecture strategyfor React-based applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business and user needs into intuitive experiences. Architect reusable React components and design systems for scalable applications. Providetechnical leadershipin React best practices, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and responsive design. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to UX/UI standards and guidelines. Guide the integration of design frameworks, libraries, and patterns to improve efficiency and maintainability. Partner with UX researchers to validate design concepts with users and iterate based on feedback. Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance product experience. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field. 8+ years of experiencein front-end development with at least 5+ years in React.js. Strong background inUX design principles, usability, and accessibility. Expertise inReact, Redux (or other state management libraries), TypeScript, and modern ES6+ JavaScript. Proficiency withdesign systems (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind, or custom). Solid knowledge ofHTML5, CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, responsive and cross-browser development. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools likeFigma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience in architectinglarge-scale, component-driven applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have: Experience withNext.jsor server-side rendering (SSR). Familiarity withmicro-frontend architecture. Knowledge ofCICD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Exposure toAgile/Scrummethodologies.
