This role thrives on managing high-volume transactions and owning deals from contract through closing. Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite. Responsibilities include managing land acquisitions, reviewing title commitments and surveys, preparing closing documents, coordinating closings, funding, and tracking deadlines across multiple active deals.
