Head of Marketplace

About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Marketplace to lead the systems that connect first responders with experienced coaches. The role owns supply and demand forecasting, coach capacity planning, and the matching journey from member intake through the first session and any rematch. Responsibilities include monitoring marketplace performance, identifying bottlenecks, and reporting on measures such as time to first session, match rate, coach utilization, and member satisfaction. The Head of Marketplace will lead operations and data efforts, establish the company's operating rhythm, and partner across teams on launches, pricing inputs, and customer engagement. Candidates should have experience scaling provider networks or marketplace operations in telehealth or care settings, including work with independent or employed providers, and a track record of improving appointment access, matching, and provider utilization. Strong data-modeling skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly are essential. The role calls for sound decision-making with incomplete information, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership. The successful candidate will also be motivated by work that supports first responders and those who serve others. Hiring Manager TitleCEOFunctionsEcommerceProduct Management
