Quality Technician - Medical Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Technicians for a medical device manufacturing company in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. In this role, you'll help ensure high-quality medical products are manufactured according to strict quality standards while supporting production teams in a clean, regulated environment. If you enjoy hands-on inspection work, problem-solving, and working in a detail-oriented manufacturing setting, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information! Perform visual and dimensional inspections of medical device components and finished products Review manufacturing documentation, inspection reports, and production records for accuracy Use gauges, measuring equipment, verniers, micrometers, and inspection systems to verify product specifications Identify and communicate quality concerns to production, quality, and supervisory teams Assist with investigations and root cause analysis for nonconforming products Support compliance with FDA, ISO, CGMP, and company quality requirements Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inspections and quality activities High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or quality inspection required Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and communicate effectively in English Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
