Global Crew Welfare & Activities Coordinator

Princess Cruises is seeking a Crew Welfare Coordinator to support the HR Department and Crew Office with administrative tasks and in-port operations. The role involves onboarding, immigration procedures, and maintaining teammate documentation while ensuring accurate record-keeping and high-quality service. You will develop and run programs to enhance the onboard experience, collaborate with Entertainment and F&B teams, coordinate events, and manage communications with teammates.
