About the Opportunity: Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, you’ll help build quality electronic and mechanical assemblies in a production environment while working with a supportive team. If you enjoy hands-on work and a structured, fast-paced setting, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You’ll Do as an Assembler:

Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manuals
Assemble electronic and mechanical components and printed circuit boards
Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Align and position components using fixtures or hand tools
Perform inspections and basic go/no-go testing to ensure quality standards
Complete intermediate processes such as coating, bonding, and curing assemblies
Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
Basic computer skills
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring devices, crimpers)
Knowledge of ESD handling procedures preferred
Ability to follow instructions and comply with ISO9001 standards
Mechanically inclined; manufacturing experience helpful but not required
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
