AV Systems Test Engineer Louisville, KY (Onsite) Up to $35/hrLong-Term Contract (12+ Months) We are seeking a junior to mid-level AV Systems Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience supporting and testing AV conferencing technologies, Zoom platforms, and collaboration tools.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with AV conferencing or collaboration technologiesExperience with Zoom Rooms, Zoom Desktop Client, and Zoom Phone
- Knowledge of AV room systems, video conferencing, and VoIP technologiesExperience troubleshooting cameras, microphones, speakers, and conference room equipment
- Basic testing, validation, and quality assurance experience
Responsibilities:
- Test and validate Zoom updates, patches, and new features
- Support Zoom Room environments and AV conference room technologies
- Verify audio, video, content sharing, and phone functionality
- Execute test cases and document issues
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Maintain testing documentation and validation reports
- Assist with deployment readiness and user experience testing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex, Poly, Logitech, Crestron, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with Unified Communications (UC) environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
