General Laborer - Forklift Operator

Job Duties: As a General Laborer - Forklift Operator at Concast, you'll play a key role in keeping production and shipping running efficiently. You'll safely move concrete products throughout the plant, load and unload trucks, prepare products for shipment, and help ensure everything is where it needs to be to support a smooth, productive operation. This is a hands-on role that values precision, teamwork, and safety. Product Handling & Shipping: Load, unload, and transport concrete products using a forklift and other equipment Palletize, stack, and prepare concrete products for shipping Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, damage, or shortages Stage and organize products in designated areas for efficient workflow Safety & Quality: Follow all safety protocols and use required PPEMaintain a clean and organized work area in line with Concast's housekeeping standards Report and document damaged or nonconforming products Assist in continuous improvement and quality initiatives Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals Complete basic administrative or documentation tasks related to shipping and receiving Support other plant duties and special projects as assigned
