Your Responsibilities: Identify and develop new commercial financing opportunities. Prospect and connect with real estate investors, developers, property owners, and business owners. Build relationships with potential borrowers and referral partners. Originate commercial financing transactions with guidance from experienced team members. Gather borrower information and financing requirements. Work alongside leadership to evaluate financing solutions and coordinate with lenders. Manage and develop an active pipeline of potential transactions. Follow financing opportunities from initial client engagement through the transaction process. Utilize RCG's systems, prospecting resources, and technology to grow your production. All origination activities will be conducted within applicable licensing, supervision, and regulatory requirements. Who We're Looking ForAmbitious, motivated, and willing to learn. Compensation: This is a fully commission-based position with no guaranteed base salary.
