Organizational Development Specialist

Overview In this hybrid role, you will drive talent and leadership development within the Go for More Academy to strengthen leadership capability and employee growth. You’ll coordinate and facilitate development programs, manage talent processes, and analyze survey data to inform decisions. You work closely with leaders and teams to support change, performance management, and succession readiness, delivering impactful development experiences. This position offers a chance to shape leadership capability at Bank United and engage cross-functionally with stakeholders. Responsibilities Administer and execute organizational development programs aligned to the talent strategy Manage day-to-day execution of high-potential development programs; coordinate logistics and communications Independently facilitate recurring leadership and organizational effectiveness programs Support performance management processes, including communications and cycle administration Administer engagement surveys, analyze results, and prepare reports for leadership Conduct organizational assessments to identify workforce and leadership opportunities Coordinate career pathing initiatives and support development planning Contribute to leadership competency frameworks and development pathways Maintain talent management data and related reporting (9-box, succession, development plans)Generate reports and dashboards to inform talent decisions Partner with leaders to ensure high-quality participant experiences Maintain program materials and records with confidentiality and data integrity Key requirements Three to five years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related HR disciplines Financial industry experience preferred Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led learning and group discussions Experience administering talent management, leadership development, performance management, or succession planning processes preferred Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyze data and translate findings into reports and recommendations Effective communication Stakeholder management Analytical thinking Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Share Point)Learning management systems Survey tools and reporting solutions
