Litigation Paralegal - Elite National Firm

Our client, a fast growing national firm, is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Will be providing support to attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle. This is a billable role covering matters from initial assessment and investigation through pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, trial, post-trial proceedings, appeal, and closing. Support all stages of litigation, including case management, court filings, discovery, deposition and trial preparation, deadline tracking, and coordination with attorneys, clients, experts, and third parties to ensure efficient matter progression and successful outcomes. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience supporting complex litigation in Connecticut state and federal courts, with additional experience in New York, New Jersey, or Massachusetts courts preferred. A strong understanding of court rules, litigation procedures, calendaring, and electronic filing systems, including CM/ECF and PACER, is essential. Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits.
