Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience.

Education and Experience: Customer Service Representative with American Electric Power (AEP)

Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Continuous learner mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or GEDResidency within 50 miles of the AEP office
