Urgent Hiring: Helpers for In-Home Support - Charlotte, NC

Location: Charlotte, NC, 28269 Start Date: June 5, 2026 Helper Rate: $16 per hour

We are looking for a dependable helper/driver to provide transportation support for a client attending regular physical therapy sessions. This is a consistent, short-term assignment (3 months) ideal for someone with reliable availability. Care Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable transportation to and from PT appointments Ensure on-time arrival and pick-upOffer basic assistance and supervision as needed Option to remain onsite during session for continuity Appointment Details Clinic: Ortho Carolina University Physical Therapy

Address: 2400 W Mallard Creek Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262 Frequency: 2x per week (Tuesday & Thursday)

Duration: June through August

Session Length: ~1 hour (caregiver may stay during session) Start: June 5 at 9:00 AM (first appointment)

Note: Appointment times may vary

Ideal Candidate:

Must have a reliable vehicle
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Good communication skills

This role is ideal for a helper who understands fall prevention and can provide reliable walking support while ensuring the client remains safe, comfortable, and independent.
