Mobility/Flexibility Instructor

Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members in each class. Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity for participants when necessary. Continuously monitor the exercise/movement intensity throughout the duration of the class. Report to class a minimum of 15 minutes before class to ensure the room is clean and set up properly. Begin and end each class on time. Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum. Communicate with the Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing. Ensure the equipment is put away, sanitized and properly stored. Knowledge & Qualifications Instructors must have a current certification. Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification. Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications for all populations. Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
