Duncanville In-Home Caregiver/CNA

Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance. Companionship: Provide supportive emotional care, conversation, and mental stimulation. Household Support: Assist with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry. Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in client health, physical condition, or behavior to family members or supervising staff. Daily Assistance: Help with medication reminders, running essential errands, or accompanying clients to local appointments.

Certification: Active Alabama CNA certification preferred (Non-certified Caregivers with relevant direct care experience are also encouraged to apply).

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for client transfers.
