Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Storeman to oversee daily operations at our Houston office. In this role, you will work with a fast-paced team, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and smooth warehouse workflows. You will play a critical role in supporting our company’s growth by maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Area of Responsibility: Overseeing, receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. Plan and carry out all work in accordance with procedures, laws and guidelines. In conjunction with Project Managers, source equipment and material to projects. Take part in the further development of the company’s procedure for the warehouse service. Prepare the request and quotation documents. Identify problem areas in warehouse operations and help to take action. Designs and encourage everyone to use productivity and safety measures. Stay up to date with developments in relevant parts of the field. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Qualification Requirements:
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (on-the-job training provided)Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items safely Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Basic computer skills (for inventory) MS Office Suite
