Associate Technical Recruiter (entry level)1st10 is looking for an entry level Associate Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage top engineering talent for early startups
- Conduct market research and compile database of top early engineering talent
- Build and cultivate network of top early engineering talent via range of activities
- Work with experienced recruiters on broad set of early engineering openings
- Learn the skill of sourcing and recruiting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited 4-year University 0-2 years of professional work experience that involves research or customer interaction
- Strong internet research including experience with the latest AI tools
- Familiarity with Google suite including docs, sheets, slides and gmail
- Strong work ethic and self motivated
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
