Overview As a storyteller for Blackstone, you will turn complex investment topics into clear, platform-native narratives across social formats. You’ll shape tone, guard brand voice, and partner with designers, video editors, and legal teams to scale compelling content. This role is centered on translating firm priorities into credible social assets and executive messaging that resonate with diverse audiences. You’ll leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation and drafting, contributing to high-impact brand programs. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive health benefitspaid time offlife insurance 401(k) plandiscretionary bonusesequity potential Responsibilities Develop distinctive ideas to simplify complex topics for varied audiences Translate firm and asset-class objectives into clear social concepts and formats Identify opportunities within Corporate Affairs for social-first content (media appearances, events, webinars, branded content)Review interviews and long-form videos to extract high-potential social moments and adapt to scalable formats Draft social copy for multiple formats (video, graphics, articles, newsletters) while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone Write and edit social content for executives and employees to amplify private wealth messaging Shape creative briefs to guide conceptual development Collaborate with marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns Ensure content compliance with Legal and Compliance and alignment with firm objectives Utilize generative AI to accelerate ideation, drafting, and versioning of content Key requirements 5+ years writing, editing, and content creation for digital platforms Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify investment concepts Strong knowledge of financial services, alternative investments, and wealth management Experience writing for institutional or high-net-worth audiences preferred Effective written and verbal communication; responsive to feedback Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority, collaborative environment Experience optimizing content for SEO/GEOFluency in AI-assisted content workflows (prompting and rapid iteration)Writing sample requiredcollaborationeditorial judgmentstrong communicationSEO/SEA content optimizationAI-assisted content workflowssocial media copywriting
