You won’t be hidden in the back of the store. Your kitchen, your food, and your team are central to the customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of the operation, develop a strong team, and see the impact of your leadership every day. We want someone who walks into their department every morning and asks: Is the food great? Is my team strong? Is my kitchen ready? And are we better today than we were yesterday? If that sounds like the way you lead, we’d like to meet you.
