Director of FP&A — Manufacturing, Hybrid, Strategic Leader

The Greater Cleveland area manufacturing company is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead its FP&A function. Reporting directly to the CFO and leading a team of three, this individual will own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis while improving FP&A processes and reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
